Teachers, guests and students celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday by participating in a virtual Read Across America event on Tuesday, March 2nd. Organized by High School librarian Christine Anderson, the day-long event featured enthusiastic guest readers who shared their favorite books. Elementary students joined in the fun with their classes throughout the day.
NEA’s Read Across America is the nation’s largest reading celebration. This year-round program focuses on motivating students to read through events, partnerships, and reading resources that promote inclusiveness and diversity.
