The HCT Executive Board welcomed 49 new members at New Teacher Orientation on Tuesday, August 24th at the Middle School Library. President Stephanie Sullo detailed the benefits and responsibilities of being an active union member. Next Generation NYSUT Coordinators Michelle Pavelka and Melissa Seguna discussed the unique challenges facing new teachers today and discussed NYSUT's plan to support them.
