Middle School HCT members recognized Mental Health Awareness Month led by health teacher Anthony Tussie. Many teachers wore T-shirts with the words "Pain is real but so is hope" to spread the message of the importance of self care. Mental Health Awareness Month has been recognized in May by various organizations since 1949. For more information, click here.
