Committee of 100 Meet State Lawmakers

On March 5th, Political Action Chair Brian Vollmer joined representatives from locals around the state to attend meetings with elected officials in Albany, NY. Their goal was to speak to them about the most important issues facing public schools today.  They discussed the tax cap, APPR, missing school aid, and higher education funding.  The meetings are intended to bridge the gap between educators and politicians.  Pictured: Assemblyman Tom D'Urso and Assemblyman Ed Ra.
