This union-led initiative will focus on increasing the number of students and career changers entering the teaching field, addressing teacher diversity challenges facing our state and expanding P-12/Higher Ed partnerships to enhance teacher recruitment and support new teachers.

Our summit will focus on finding solutions to the teacher shortage and will include discussions with students, teachers and community members. Attached is a flyer for more
