HCT 1st Vice President, Tom Glenn attended the Hicksville PTA Council meeting on Monday night at the high school to give a presentation about the documentary, Education, Inc. He cautioned the members of the Council that what happened in the Colorado school system, where wealthy corporations and individuals with their agenda to dismantle the public education system in our country in favor of privatization, could happen anywhere if residents do not vote in their school board elections. DVDs of the documentary were distributed to each school building's PTA executive board as well as to the SEPTA boards and Dr. Bonuso.
